The Otello Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2007.

Our goal is to raise money for children's causes that tend to lie outside public awareness. The earthquake of January 12, 2010 in Haiti led us to a wonderful organization, the Vassar Haiti Project. It was founded in 2001 and is a collaborative volunteer effort that started with the goal of providing nutrition and education to the school children of the village of Chermaitre in Haiti.

Since the earthquake, the Vassar Haiti Project began several emergency relief initiatives and organizes events in order to benefit the Holy Trinity Music School in Port-au-Prince that has been destroyed.

We are extremely grateful for the generous support that we have received in the past, and we will continue to work to increase participation in the years ahead.
